The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is pleased to announce that the Call for Proposals for the 2025 Main Street Maryland Conference is now open.

This year’s conference theme, “Great Places Win: Powering People, Places, and Possibility,” will spotlight the innovation, energy, and collaboration that fuel Maryland’s Main Street communities.

Proposal Submission Deadline:
Tuesday, July 1, 2025, by 5:00 PM EST

Proposal Submission Format:
Proposals must be submitted through the online form available on the Main Street Maryland Conference website.

Session Formats May Include:

  • Ignite-style presentations
  • TEDx-style talks
  • Breakout sessions
  • Field-based mobile workshops

We encourage proposals from Main Street programs, local governments, nonprofit organizations, consultants, and community partners. Please share this opportunity widely with your networks, grantees, and collaborators.
