State-owned properties for sale
The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) manages programs that make single family properties available for purchase by homebuyers, non-profit organizations and public housing authorities.
Properties in DHCD's real estate-owned (REO) portfolio are listed and sold through Atlantic Auctions. These properties are offered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability, marital status, familial status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
