The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development is a leader in national housing policy, advancing state legislation and supporting policies that make Maryland a desirable place to live.
The Department is led in its policy efforts by Governor Moore’s State Plan - PDF, which outlines four objectives to making Maryland an affordable and desirable home for all residents:
