Notice of Mobile Home Park Sale

​​​​​​Maryland law (Real Property Article 8A-202(h)) requires mobile home park owners to notify the State before selling a mobile home park.

Submission Requirements

The owner must submit a written notice of the sale before the planned sale date. The notice must include

  • A statement that the mobile home park is being sold
  • The planned date of the sale
  • Name and address of the Mobile Park
  • Statement indicating current occupants were notified of the sale
  • Contact name and number for occupants for questions/concerns
