Notice of Mobile Home Park Sale
Maryland law (Real Property Article 8A-202(h)) requires mobile home park owners to notify the State before selling a mobile home park.
Submission Requirements
The owner must submit a written notice of the sale before the planned sale date. The notice must include
- A statement that the mobile home park is being sold
- The planned date of the sale
- Name and address of the Mobile Park
- Statement indicating current occupants were notified of the sale
- Contact name and number for occupants for questions/concerns
