The Maryland Office of Statewide Broadband (OSB) has released the Broadband Equity Access and Deployment (BEAD) Draft Final Proposal for public review.

Comments must be submitted via email to [email protected] no later than 11:59 PM EDT on September 1, 2025, for consideration before final submission to National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA).

The Draft Final Proposal and supporting materials are available on the OSB’s BEAD State Plans page.
