Solar Program

​​​​The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will open the Multifamily Solar Program (MFSP) in May of 2026 and is currently seeking property owners who are interested in participating in the program.

Eligibility

  • A minimum of 51% of the units must have incomes at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
  • The property must have affordability restrictions for a minimum of 5 years.
